Hi, I am Hugo Delplanque, audio designer and electronic music composer based in North of France. My expertise ranges from linear to interactive media, working mainly on games, where I design unique sound identity and craft and implement strong audio systems, working hand in hand with developers.
My journey started in middle school, where I discovered electronic music. It fascinated me, and I decided to start learning music production from here.
Years after, I started learning and practicing foley and field recording by myself, before going to Studio M School in 2023, to deepen my knowledge in sound design, technology and equipments.
10+ years after my first experience, I master audio synthesis, field recording and unique creative processes, from the finest ambience to the most powerful bass, always seeking for the best quality placing the sound as a leading voice.
Currently working at Bande Sonore as an Interactive Audio Designer on VR and PC games. In charge of Puzzling Places' monthly DLCs, crafting soundscapes with an attentive ear, as well as designing the sound, music and systems for an unannounced game.
